If you’re a highly organised and analytical mind with an aptitude for data analysis and administrative tasks, then this is your chance to shine. By joining our team as a project manager you’ll efficiently and effectively manage all stages of a project brief. This role is client-facing, so you must be adept at maintaining relationships with our existing partners and comfortable capitalising on new opportunities.

What will we trust you with?

  • Ensuring projects run efficiently while staying within timescales and budget, before generating clear and succinct reports afterwards.
  • Project administration, analysis, reporting and quality control
  • Ensuring all project work is signed off, any issues are resolved and all feedback is noted.
  • Managing expectations of external clients alongside internal design and leadership teams, so they are well informed about deadlines and complex production deliverables.
  • Collaborating with senior HLabs leaders at all stages of a project. 
  • Governing a project from immersion to implementation.
  • To be proactive in suggesting ways to continually improve ways of working.
  • Testing and troubleshooting live experiences.
  • Forecasting, planning and managing internal resources to ensure the right variety and quantity of skill sets are available.  
  • Developing client relationships and expanding accounts for short and long term goals whilst supporting other project managers to do the same
  • Strategically approaching renewed client business. Targeting and exploiting opportunities for upsell that is reviewed quarterly.



Who will I be working with?

We collaborate with enterprise clients. Our client roster includes Red Bull, Hilton Grand Vacations, The Economist, The Telegraph, TimeOut, WWF and many more. Whether it's our publishers, agencies or brands you will be working on a breadth of projects across web design & build, illustration, video and editorial. 

This role would be focussing on Hilton Grand Vacations as their main account, but also assisting on UK based agencies.

This role will be focused on clients with longer term pipelines, specific ‘one off’ campaigns as well as shorter programmes of work. Managing these accounts to listen to the customer’s needs and liaise regularly with key stakeholders to fulfil their requests and encourage further work with us.

What experience are we looking for?

  • 3+ Years of project or account management experience
  • Education requirements: 2.1 degree or higher at University, BBB grade or higher at A-Level or equivalent. 
  • A general understanding of the design industry and the role of no-code design platforms like Ceros, Webflow, Vev, and Readymag. Rive, SVGator and Framer would be a bonus. 
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Trello and Float is not required but preferable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple urgent tasks and deadlines.
  • A drive for best practice, client satisfaction, and consistency of process and service across projects, big or small.
  • A driven individual who can work under pressure on multiple projects at any one time and use their initiative to find solutions to problems.
  • An Excel demon who isn’t afraid of admin heavy tasks 
  • Enthusiasm and experience in marketing and social media tasks is desirable but not required. 
  • A people person who enjoys contributing to the company culture in a friendly manner.

What's the job?

  • Project Manager (with attributes of account management)
  • Full-time contract-to-permanent position
  • 5 days a week
  • UK Timezone 9am-6pm (can be remote)
  • Day rates & salaries on request
